Requirements

• Current Active Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• 4-year degree in Human Resources is beneficial.
• 1-3 years of experience in federal government relations.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR systems.
• Ability to conduct oral presentations.
• Experience in legal compliance.
• Willingness to work part-time and on-call during proposal processes.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Must be a US Citizen.
