In Short

• Global Client Support across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Manage and maintain portfolio information for clients.
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with client insights.
• Work with Account Managers on client inquiries and issues.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for client needs.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance or investment banking.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of corporate and leveraged finance.
• Systematic and methodical work approach.
• Strong prioritization skills across time zones.
