We are seeking a Sr. Staff Hardware Design Engineer to take ownership of hardware system development aspects and collaborate with various teams to create industry-leading AI inference hardware products.

In Short

  • Ownership of hardware system engineering for AI products.
  • Gather requirements and specifications from engineering and product teams.
  • Hands-on schematic capture and PCB design responsibilities.
  • Plan for compliance, validation, and FMEA analysis.
  • Drive hardware parts selection and vendor qualification.

  • Collaborate with ASIC, software, and operations teams.
  • Experience with EVT, DVT, PVT testing is a plus.
  • 10+ years of hardware engineering experience required.
  • Self-starter with a motivation to succeed.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design.
  • Understanding of signal integrity and thermal design.
  • Experience with AVL management and manufacturing operations.
  • Expertise in hardware bringup and CPU subsystems.
  • Involvement in contract manufacturing relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience with testing and certification processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
