Overview

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide privacy legal advice and support to Tencent's global businesses, ensuring compliance with international data privacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
• Common law qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• Experience in privacy issues for international businesses
• Strong interest in internet and cloud services
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM certifications preferred
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
