Lightspeed LA is seeking a talented and highly motivated Producer with a passion for games to collaborate with industry veterans in producing high-quality content for next-generation AAA games.

Requirements

• 5+ years in game production or equivalent project management role.
• Experience with multi-platform AAA game development.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Proven record in strategy planning and pipeline improvement.
• Project Management Professional Certification is a plus.
• Agile Project Management Certification is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Shotgun/ShotGrid.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
