Overview

Tempus is seeking a highly motivated RWE Data Scientist to advance the healthcare industry through real-world evidence analysis, particularly in oncology.

In Short

• Lead independent analysis of Tempus data for RWE studies.
• Perform extensive coding and derive real-world endpoints.
• Interpret results of RWE analyses and evaluate study limitations.
• Communicate research findings to external Pharma partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data quality and practices.
• Stay updated on methodological advancements in real-world studies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Education in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or related fields.
• Familiar with observational real-world healthcare data.
• Proven expertise in RWD analytical studies.
• Proficient in R and SQL.
• Experience interfacing with clients and presenting to stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and maintain integrity.
