Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Fluids Engineering (PhD ideal).
• Expertise in CFD, heat transfer, and thermofluid dynamics.
• Experience with mud systems or geothermal energy preferred.
• Hands-on mentality for building and testing systems.
• Independent working style with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable in a hybrid work setup.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
