You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

In Short

• Partner with Clinical, Manufacturing and Development teams for financial performance reporting.
• Manage budget preparation and activity forecasting for R&D projects.
• Ensure effective systems and reporting of investment in the product portfolio.
• Prepare project budgets and track R&D expenditure.
• Conduct cyclical financial reporting for month end, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with the CEO on financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Implement effective financial controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Assist in audit and compliance reporting for financial statutory accounts.
• Develop action plans to align project costs with financial plans.
• Support financial planning and assessment of anticipated costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce with CPA or CA certification.
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and management.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology sectors preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Experience supporting large scale R&D projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and continuous learning.
