Associate Director, Project Management - Remote

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of the product development plan including activity planning, budgets, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone reporting.
• Engage with senior leadership to define project strategies and objectives.
• Support alignment of project goals with the company's strategic objectives.
• Maintain internal Project Management software (SmartSheet) for accurate scheduling and risk assessment.
• Facilitate regular project update meetings with the Project Teams.
• Quantify associated cost and schedule changes for change management.
• Develop and manage key cross-functional reporting relationships.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
• Act as key internal contact for projects under supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or life sciences discipline, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/drug development/biotechnology industry.
• 7+ years of experience in financial management, including budget management and tracking.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in at least three key drug development functions.
