Overview

TeleMed2U is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing fully virtual care team, providing 100% telehealth physical therapy services.

In Short

• Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Assess movement, function, mobility, and pain through patient-guided examination techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans appropriate for virtual delivery.
• Provide therapeutic exercise instruction, mobility training, and functional movement coaching.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as clinically indicated.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with referring providers and care teams as needed.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and telehealth best practices.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in CA.
• Telehealth or remote care experience preferred.
• Strong patient communication and coaching skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and video platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
