Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at Technitask, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within time, quality, and budget constraints.

In Short

• Complete project life-cycle management for small to medium sized projects
• Deliver project products within agreed parameters
• Lead project teams in a matrix environment
• Coordinate logistics and operational elements for IT projects
• Manage vendor relationships
• Define Project Charter and Business Case with stakeholders
• Design overall project strategy and manage project budgets
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Motivate project teams and ensure deliverables are met
• Conduct post-implementation reviews

Requirements

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.)
• Minimum of three years experience in project management
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools
• Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Understanding of IT service delivery best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of financial management processes
