In Short

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Create designs for websites, brochures, presentations, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals that are consistent, on-voice, and on-brand.
• Prepare design files for print and digital production with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional design experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with digital platforms such as Figma, Webflow, or Canva is a plus.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
