Overview

The Senior Database DevOps Engineer will lead a complex migration initiative from RDS to EC2 involving SQL Server instances and databases, combining expertise in database administration with modern DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Experience with Always On Availability Groups.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools (Chef preferred).
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, EBS, RDS).
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Kerberos.
