In Short

• Lead front-end development for web-based projects and ongoing client support.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality custom WordPress and Drupal themes.
• Build and launch complex microsites and interactive features.
• Translate UX/UI designs into responsive and accessible front-end code.
• Collaborate with the CTO to review deliverables and align on technical direction.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews.
• Help manage front-end task planning and resource allocation.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new front-end developers.
• Document front-end architecture and processes for maintainability.
• Explore new frameworks and tools to strengthen project outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of agency experience preferred.
• 5+ years of front-end coding experience.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery/ES6).
• Comfortable coding ‘from scratch’ and using existing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web design and development processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines.
