Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Client Service Associate to serve as the analytical and execution backbone of our advisory pod. This role is best suited for a highly organized professional with a strong foundation in financial planning support and operations, who takes pride in precision and thrives in a structured environment.

In Short

• Serve as the technical and operational engine of the advisory pod.
• Prepare all client meeting materials in advance.
• Ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with RIA Operations partners for client recommendations.
• Manage post-meeting action items with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Work closely with the Financial Advisor to ensure alignment across all client workstreams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Maintain a seamless client experience between meetings.
• Track and communicate implementation steps with partners.
• Monitor progress on outstanding items.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning support or investment operations.
• Proficiency in retirement analysis and financial planning tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written communication skills.
