Requirements

• Working knowledge of Medicare Part D and Medicaid.
• Minimum one year experience in a pharmacy environment.
• 1+ year experience with FrameworkLTC.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Type an average of 50 wpm.
• Physical ability to manage long hours of computer work.
