Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst at Tapestry Solutions will provide business insights by integrating financial data, leading processes, driving efficiency, and developing strong relationships with business partners.

In Short

• Perform financial analysis and integration for Mission Products & Services Programs.
• Develop resource spend plans, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and forecasts.
• Lead development of annual long-range business plans and monthly forecasts.
• Conduct regular variance analysis and provide recommendations.
• Establish partnerships with program leadership and peers.
• Communicate enterprise best practices for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• Support both defense and commercial business environments.
• Present findings to senior management.
• Contribute to a family-oriented culture within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of experience in finance or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in U.S. Government and Commercial business environments.
• Presentation skills to senior managers.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
