• Guide clinicians through onboarding and day-to-day support.
• Ensure clinicians maximize the use of Tandem, solving problems and gathering feedback.
• Build templates and contribute to the refinement of Tandem’s AI assistant.
• Run live product demos and support commercial efforts.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Represent Tandem at conferences and workshops.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
• Passion for technology and AI in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong organizational skills and process-driven mindset.
• Ownership and initiative with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
