In Short

• Develop and implement a content strategy for Instagram
• Create creative content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Plan and maintain the editorial calendar
• Write captions, storylines, and hashtags
• Monitor trends, insights, and performance metrics
• Community management: respond, interact, build a network
• Close coordination with our team on topics, content, and campaigns
• Support with minor graphic tasks (e.g., with Canva)

Requirements

• Experience in social media, especially Instagram
• Sense for trends, storytelling, and good design
• Independent and structured working style
• (Optional, but nice to have): Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing
• Interest in employer branding, new work, and corporate culture
