PMO Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from concept through completion. This is a client-facing, cross-functional leadership role where you’ll coordinate with internal teams, consultants, agencies, and municipalities to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in real estate development or construction.
• Experience with local jurisdictions or as a 3rd party consultant is a plus.
• Ability to manage parallel workflows and navigate entitlement processes.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors.
• Knowledge of due diligence processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing client coordination and consultant contracts.
• Direct experience submitting plans to municipalities.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet and MS Project.
