The Procurement Manager (MEP) is responsible for developing, implementing, and refining Electrical equipment and services category and sourcing strategies in support of the enterprise.
In Short
Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for Electrical and Mechanical equipment.
Collaborate with Development, Construction, and Operations teams.
Utilize market trends to develop supply risk mitigation strategies.
Manage RFQ and RFI processes for relevant goods or services.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with vendors.
Create and manage vendor purchase orders.
Conduct performance evaluations of key category suppliers.
Promote continuous value improvement for each sub-category.
Travel as required (~25%) to maintain key relationships.
Maintain sourcing and supplier management records.
Requirements
3+ years of Procurement or Strategic Sourcing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and Procore.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
Exceptional organizational, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to approach problems creatively.
