In Short

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team, leveraging analytics and customer service skills.
• Provide expert advice on advanced pay equity topics.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams for workplace equity analyses.
• Conduct project-based and ad hoc data analyses.
• Analyze data for government compliance reports.
• Translate analytics into product use cases.
• Participate in ongoing training on pay equity.
• Build Syndio’s brand in EMEA through thought leadership.
• Develop actionable plans based on customer findings.
• Support product and development teams.

Requirements

• Experience in pay equity, compensation, HR consulting, or compliance analytics.
• Knowledge of pay gap reporting requirements.
• Comfortable with statistical analysis and explaining results.
• Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Python, R, SQL).
• Ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who thrives independently.
• Experience in consulting or customer roles.
• Passionate about closing pay gaps.
• Curious and willing to explore product opportunities.
