Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Synctera, you will play a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure of our platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve financial services challenges.

In Short

• Work on all aspects of Synctera’s infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop effective solutions.
• Design and maintain Google Cloud and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Develop services using Go programming language.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for platform stability.
• Advocate for modern infrastructure best practices.
• Identify and implement efficient solutions to technical problems.
• Work across engineering teams to enhance developer experience.
• Help define the infrastructure and developer experience roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience with Go or similar programming languages.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with a major cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud.
