Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager (PM) plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, leading the effort to define and communicate project timelines, resources, and budget while overseeing quality control throughout the project’s lifecycle.

In Short

• Maintain understanding of client business and objectives.
• Coordinate proposal/new business presentation trafficking and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Track and maintain timelines and delivery of all projects.
• Enter and maintain project budgets and billing schedules.
• Support the Account Services team with project-related updates.
• Ensure quality control measures are completed.
• Communicate project knowledge and updates to team members.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting client financial questions and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years’ related experience in digital process and timeline creation.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry marketing requirements.
• Experience with electronic project management software.
