In Short

• Help develop and bring creative concepts to life utilizing editorial and motion graphics skills;
• Work to tell visually compelling and engaging brand stories;
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all members of the team;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas;
• Design projects from scratch and expand upon existing packages;
• Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process;
• Adhere to current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project;
• Lead editing and post-production projects, including video editing;
• Work with external suppliers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum three years experience animating and creating motion graphics;
• Great understanding of animation principles and design principles;
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
• Knowledge of tools such as Rive and Lottie for motion graphics integration;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to solve challenges through visual design;
• Must mediate creative problems for optimal solutions;
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities;
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
