We are looking for an Enrollment Marketing Strategist to develop key relationships and drive maximum impact for client populations.

In Short

  • Own a major client vertical and drive enrollment marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to optimize campaign plans.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns leveraging client segmentation.
  • Supervise execution and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the central point of contact for collaboration on campaigns.
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution adhering to standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Compile reports on campaign performance for internal and external sharing.
  • Leverage data to refine content and increase enrollments.
  • Drive creative ideation for new enrollment opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2C enrollment marketing.
  • Client-facing experience with key accounts.
  • Proven track record of user growth and engagement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional partners under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with effective execution skills.
  • Ability to navigate conversations across diverse audiences.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Data-driven with a knack for leveraging insights.
  • Member-centric with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
