Overview

The Chief Information Security Officer at Sword Health will be responsible for creating and managing a global, enterprise-wide security strategy and program, working cross-functionally to enhance security policies and operations.

Requirements

• ~10 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership.
• Experience with SOC 2, HITRUST, CMMC, or similar certifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IT risk management standards and frameworks.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in healthcare financial management.
• Experience in digital health and high-growth companies.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred.
• Functional knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Understanding of cyber security threats and landscape.
