• Development and management of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Lead generation and funnel filling to activate qualified patients
• Concept and testing of creatives, ads, and landing pages
• Conversion optimization (A/B tests, UTM tracking, Tag Manager, GA4)
• Analysis and reporting of KPIs like CPL, ROAS, funnel drop-offs
• Collaboration with CRM, product, and design teams for seamless journeys

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital B2C marketing (e.g., E-Health, D2C, E-Commerce)
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and web analytics
• Expertise in conversion optimization and performance-oriented scaling
• KPI-focused and structured, data-driven work style
• Self-responsibility, implementation power, and strategic thinking
• Very good German, good English
