Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for the Sweed product startup, fully remote.

In Short

• Design and improve interfaces for administrative systems, POS, and employee-facing applications.
• Develop logical user flows and system structures.
• Create and maintain designs for screens, dashboards, and modules.
• Prototype ideas to test user flows and validate concepts.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with other designers and colleagues.
• Work with and contribute to our design system.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your process and work on complex systems.
• Experience designing and shipping end-to-end experiences for web-based platforms.
• Proven expertise in creating user flows and structures.
• Ability to define interaction design that balances business goals and user needs.
• Hands-on experience with products beyond e-commerce.
• Experience conducting or applying user research.
• System thinking and excellent collaboration skills.
• Proactive and independent with strong planning skills.
