Overview

Sutherland is seeking Work-at-Home Licensed Health Insurance Sales Advisors for a short-term temporary contract. Our Advisors provide sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical/Dental/Vision insurance to existing and prospective customers.

In Short

• Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use proven sales skills to enroll them in insurance products.
• Make outbound phone calls to prospects to enroll them in insurance products.
• Gather required data, determine eligibility, and build relationships with callers.
• Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills.
• Accurately process applications and track outcomes of calls.
• Temporary contract focusing on Open Enrollment from September 8, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
• Competitive pay of up to $21.50/hour for licensed applicants.

Requirements

• Must have active L&H insurance license valid in state of residence.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
