Overview

The SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment, leveraging extensive knowledge in Employee Central, Payroll, and Security.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Employee Central, Payroll, and Security.
• SuccessFactors certification preferred.
• Knowledge of H2R business processes and MDF configuration.
• Experience in project implementation and support.
• Hands-on with solution design configuration.
• Ability to prepare and execute test cases and plans.
• Participate in requirement gathering and data conversion.
• Develop user documentation to support projects.
• Techno-Functional background preferred.
