• Receive and log HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve queries using ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
• Experience or education in Human Resource Management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.
