Requirements

• Speak both Czech and English at a B2 level or higher.
• Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
• Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
• Complete a 6-month probation period.
• Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal.
• Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied.
• All Sutherland employees from Level 1 to Level 4 can refer candidates.
• Referral bonus paid after milestone dates are met.
• Referrals are processed by the Talent Acquisition Team.
