As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances for Arabic-speaking Consultant roles. If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus.

In Short

• Refer Arabic-speaking candidates for Consultant roles.

Requirements

• Speak Arabic and English at a B2 level or higher.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or valid Bulgarian ID).
• Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
• Complete a 6-month probation period.
• Referrals must be submitted before the referred applicant completes their application.
