EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefit Techno-Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefit Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, implementation, and support of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS modules, with a focus on Payroll and Benefits.

In Short

• Implement, configure, and support EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Manage the complete payroll cycle from input to reporting.
• Configure and support benefits modules.
• Ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate on customizations and enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Engage with business stakeholders for requirements gathering.
• Perform system testing and validate configurations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Oracle EBS HRMS modules, especially Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of PL/SQL and Oracle Reports.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
