In Short

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Support client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements.
• Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Collaborate with your manager and other Associates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients.
• Identify areas for additional services to drive client value.
• Participate in team meetings and embrace new technology.
• Embrace coaching and feedback to meet team and client goals.
• Commit to maintaining confidentiality with client data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.
• Capacity to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
• Managed relationships with clients effectively.
• Passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.
• Commitment to confidentiality with client data.
