Overview

The Senior Product Manager will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of engagement and retention initiatives for Super+ members, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the Travel Product team to enhance retention and engagement strategies.
  • Communicate core Travel Cashback value propositions and optimize membership benefits.
  • Expand S+ Value through new partnerships and benefits.
  • Invest in systems for exceptional user experience and customer support.
  • Set quarterly goals (OKRs) and lead a Mission-Aligned Team (MAT).
  • Collaborate across teams to avoid feature collisions and share insights.
  • Drive outcomes and be accountable for team performance.
  • Lead product requirements and experimentation based on data analysis.
  • Manage stakeholders and influence key executives.
  • Build customer empathy through research and engagement with the product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C product management with a focus on retention and engagement.
  • Experience executing on product roadmaps and shipping features.
  • Proven success in launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven analytical thinking with a bias for action.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a flexible mindset.
  • Hands-on execution with strategic foresight.
