Overview

The Data Intelligence (DI) team is seeking a Senior Analyst with expertise in strategic advanced analytics and business storytelling, to play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable business insights.

In Short

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and execute advanced solutions and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
• Apply A/B testing, regression methods, hypothesis testing, and other statistical methodologies.
• Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of business operations.
• Work with engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Prior experience in project management.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Good statistical understanding and ability to apply statistical methods.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Proactive and collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
