Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to oversee the delivery and availability of IT shared services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

In Short

• Lead and provide technical expertise in Information Technology.
• Direct activities of professional and technical staff.
• Review existing Infrastructure for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive IT Services for internal projects and vendor solutions.
• Translate operational issues into actionable problem statements.
• Prepare regular reports on system functionality and service health.
• Support IT Response and Business Continuity processes.
• Align business initiatives with IT resources.
• Ensure compliance with security controls and standards.
• Adhere to Software Development Lifecycle policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer science field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and telecommunications.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service management principles.
• 8+ years of experience as an individual contributor.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
