Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of interface design experience.
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design processes.
• Experience with complex technical initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset with facilitative leadership skills.
• Experience in fintech or consumer financial services is a plus.
