In Short

• Design original, high-quality book covers that align with the educational and motivational tone of our brand.
• Create polished, clean, and engaging interior layouts for print and eBook editions.
• Format books for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and other publishing platforms.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with Success Tutoring’s branding guidelines.
• Provide multiple design concepts and accommodate revision feedback.
• Prepare print-ready and eBook-ready files.
• Collaborate closely with our internal publishing and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in book design and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in book covers and interior layouts.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of print and digital publishing standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
