Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a data-driven professional who's excited to transform business questions into actionable insights that drive decisions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with commercial teams, to influence strategic planning and elevate business performance.

In Short

• Collaborate closely with the commercial teams to translate business questions into analyses, synthesise insights and develop recommendations to drive business results.
• Define, develop and monitor the key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes.
• Ensure business questions are addressed in the most effective format.
• Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.
• Support commercial team OKR planning and measurement.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst, or equivalent role.
• Analytical mindset, combined with good business sense.
• A good communicator who can present insights clearly.
• Self-starter with strong project and time management skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Google Sheets.
• Experience with at least one dashboarding tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
• Proficiency in French is desired.
