Associate Intellectual Property Counsel - Litigation - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Intellectual Property Counsel, you will provide in-house legal support for intellectual property disputes relating to Stryker’s portfolio of products and services. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including divisional IP counsel and outside counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in science or engineering.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. State or the District of Columbia.
• Litigation experience in intellectual property disputes.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with outside counsel.
• Organizational skills for managing conflicting demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
