School Counselor - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services to students, develop and implement mental health programs, and collaborate with staff and families to support students' emotional and psychological well-being.

In Short

• Provide therapeutic services to students dealing with emotional challenges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a school or clinical setting.
• Active state licensure as LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with child development and crisis intervention strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with distance learning preferred.
• Experience in a charter school environment preferred.
