The High School Counselor promotes student success through leadership, advocacy, and collaboration by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that supports academic success, social and emotional development, and career planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in counseling or related field.
• Three years of experience in counseling and/or advisement.
• School Counselor License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel as needed.
• Clear required background check.
• Master’s degree in school counseling preferred.
• Experience with distance learning is a plus.
• Experience in a charter school environment preferred.
