Overview

The Triage and Advice Registered Nurse at STRIDE Community Health Center is responsible for performing telephone triage and processing medication refill requests, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to nursing standards.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
• 2 years of RN experience in healthcare settings.
• Active BLS certification.
• Preferred experience in home health or emergency care.
• Strongly preferred experience in Triage and Advice Nurse duties.
• Knowledge of triage protocols for various age groups.
• Ability to handle emergency situations.
• Computer skills required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
