In Short

• You will develop and implement sustainable Paid Social strategies and campaigns on Meta, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• You will manage a minimum six-figure monthly marketing budget and make independent decisions.
• You will assist in planning and executing all performance marketing activities, as well as increasing revenue and acquiring new clients for our customers.
• You will develop concepts and create briefings for creatives for our Brand & Design team and content creators.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social and managed at least €100,000 in ad spend per year.
• You have experience in Creative Strategy and Direct Response Ads.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are communicative, customer-oriented, and possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• You enjoy hands-on work and set new standards to ensure the quality of your work.
• You have strong German skills and good English skills.
• You are capable of pitching ideas to large clients and leading them.
