Overview

The Skills Advantage Assessor is responsible for evaluating Assessment Center participants through careful observation and scoring, while providing constructive feedback and collaborating with a diverse team.

In Short

  • Conduct assessments of workplace skills and behaviors.
  • Provide meaningful feedback using strengths-based coaching.
  • Collaborate with other assessors on data integration.
  • Compose objective narratives for participants.
  • Follow professional standards for assessment delivery.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and training.
  • Availability required from 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
  • Must complete training and certification for continued employment.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in counseling, testing, or HR.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields.
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours when needed.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills across management levels.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to navigate assessment tools efficiently.
  • Capable of coping with stressful situations.
  • Open-mindedness and sensitivity in interpersonal relations.
