Overview

As a working student, you will actively support our team in the processing of orders and serve as a vital interface between specialized agencies and our national sales team.

In Short

• Manage orders from specialized agencies and serve as the main point of contact in daily operations.
• Plan and manage orders in the system, handling rebookings and cancellations.
• Prepare relevant information for proposal creation, order processing, and condition maintenance.
• Monitor bookings, check revenues, and conduct regular comparisons of actual vs. planned.
• Maintain our CRM system and ensure complete, up-to-date customer data.
• Coordinate dismantling and restructuring and request proof photos.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in business administration, media management, or a comparable economic degree program.
• You are proficient in Excel – from filtering to pivot tables.
• You communicate confidently in German (C1) – both written and spoken.
