In Short

• You will support our municipal contract partners and transport companies in tandem with your colleagues from Public Affairs.
• You will coordinate our construction contractors and energy suppliers during construction and maintenance measures on advertising media and street furniture.
• You will also take care of the management service providers and coordinate them in the context of management and defect elimination.
• Auditing our management service providers and participating in annual discussions is also part of your tasks.

Requirements

• You have a completed technical or commercial training with initial professional experience or a completed university degree with relevant internships in this area.
• Even if you do not have direct industry knowledge or many years of professional experience, we look forward to your application as a career changer.
• You are self-organized, have a pronounced service orientation, and communication skills are among your strengths.
• You hold a driver's license (Class B).
